At Stealey’s Tavern, we believe great tavern food starts with real ingredients, scratch cooking, and doing things the right way. Just as important, though, is the atmosphere we’ve worked hard to build. Stealey’s isn’t only about what’s on the plate. It’s about the feeling in the room: a welcoming, laid-back neighborhood spot where people can relax, connect, and enjoy themselves.

In the kitchen, we cook with real butter and beef tallow, make the bulk of our menu in-house, and use quality ingredients we’re proud to serve, from Wagyu burgers to Angus beef in everyday favorites. Our sauces and dressings are homemade, our cheesesteak meat is prepared in-house, and our chicken is marinated in buttermilk and spices before being hand-breaded in rice flour. Even our haddock for fish and chips is marinated for moisture before being dipped in our house tempura batter with a touch of malt powder and lemon flake.
